Most clients will, at some point, work with Cathy as she is what we jokingly call our “air traffic controller”! Usually, she is the first person a new client will meet as she handles the onboarding of new clients. She stays on top of all the client work flowing throughout the office and communicates daily with numerous clients on behalf of the accountants. Her ability to decode the accountant “speak” and translate this into effective and understandable client emails and phone calls makes her a very valuable asset to our team. Cathy loves to travel internationally and cook for family and friends when she is not at the office.
